Kick - Reduced recoil when firing.
Impact - Bullets carry more damage through materials.
Range - Increase effective weapon range.
Attachments - 2 attachments can be added to a weapon.
Focus - Reduced flinch when hit.
Breath - Hold breath while aiming down the sights.
Melee - Faster melee.
Speed - Increased movement speed when using this weapon.
Stability - Reduced weapon sway while aiming down the sights.

Portable Radar (similar to Black Ops' Motion Sensor)

-Perks 1
Recon - Explosive damage paints the target on the mini-map. Pro - Bullet damage paints the target on the mini-map.
Sleight of Hand - Faster reloading. Pro - Swap weapons faster.
Blind Eye - Undetectable by air support and sentries. Pro - Launchers lock-on quicker. Extra bullet damage versus air support and sentries.
Extreme Conditioning - Sprint for longer distances. Pro - Climb obstacles faster.
Scavenger - Resupply from dead enemies. Pro - Extra starting mags.

-Perks 2
Quickdraw - Faster aiming. Pro - Recover from equipment and grenade usage quicker.
Blast Shield - Increased explosive resistance. Pro - Resistance to flash and stun.
Hardline - Killstreaks require 1 less kill. Pro - Every two assists counts as a kill towards your killstreak. Deathstreaks require one less death.
Assassin - Undetectable by UAV, portable radar, thermal, and heartbeat sensors. Pro - Immune to CUAV and EMP. No red crosshair or name when targeted.
Overkill - Carry two primary weapons. Pro - 2 attachments on your secondary.

-Perks 3
Marksman - Identify enemy targets at longer range. Pro - Longer hold breath.
Stalker - Move faster while aiming. Pro - Delay enemy Claymore explosions.
Sitrep - Detect enemy explosives and tactical insertions. Pro - Louder enemy footsteps.
Steady Aim - Increased hip fire accuracy. Pro - Weapon is ready faster after sprinting.
Dead Silence - Move quietly. Reduce the effects of Recon. Pro - No falling damage.

Final Stand - Get downed with your primary before dying.
Martyrdom - Drop a live grenade upon death.
Dead Man’s Hand - Run around with C4 strapped to hands.
Hollow Points - Increased bullet damage
